Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy covers the PurrEase Calm Plan, our automatically renewing subscription. The full Calm Plan Terms apply to every subscription order.
What you're signing up for
- First box: one 30-day refill vial per room — $12.99 (1 Room), $24.99 (2 Rooms) or $34.99 (3 Rooms) — plus one PurrEase diffuser per room free of charge (regular price $29.99 each).
- Then: one refill vial per room every 30 days — $14.99 (1 Room), $29.98 (2 Rooms) or $44.97 (3 Rooms) per month, until you cancel.
- You authorize PurrEase to charge your payment method on this recurring schedule. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal.
Minimum term: 3 orders
The free diffuser is provided on the condition that you complete a minimum of 3 orders: your first box plus 2 monthly refill orders. Cancellation becomes available in your account as soon as the 3rd order has been billed.
If a plan ends early, the diffuser is no longer free. If a Calm Plan ends before the 3rd order has been billed for any reason — including a request to cancel early, or a payment method that can no longer be charged — the regular price of each diffuser shipped in your first box ($29.99 per diffuser) becomes payable, and you authorize us to charge it to your payment method on file or to invoice you for it. Alternatively, return the diffuser(s) unused within 14 days of the plan ending and nothing is due.
How to skip, pause or cancel
After your minimum term you can skip a month, pause or cancel at any time from the Manage subscription link in your order emails or from your customer account. Cancellations take effect immediately for any renewal not yet billed, and there are no cancellation fees beyond the minimum-term condition above. Prefer we do it? Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we'll retry it and notify you. If it can't be collected, your plan is paused and the minimum-term condition above applies.
