Free Shipping on Every Order
All PurrEase orders ship free within the United States. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 8–12 days from the day you order, tracked the whole way. We'd rather tell you straight than surprise you.
Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Optional Shipping Protection
At checkout you may add Shipping Protection, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged-in-transit packages for faster resolution. It's optional and can be removed before purchase.
Delays & address accuracy
We aren't responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track and resolve any issue. Please double-check your shipping address — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
