Free Shipping on Every Order
All PurrEase orders ship free. There are no minimum order requirements and no surprise fees at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 5 PM on a business day typically begin processing the same day.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is emailed to you automatically once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email hello@purrease.us.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. For lost or stuck shipments, email us and we'll help resolve it.
