How to Request a Refund
Email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us and we'll trace it.
