Returns & Refunds

Here's exactly how returns work at PurrEase — no surprises.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders — we cover everything

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and you won't pay a cent of return shipping.

Changed your mind on a one-time order?

Unopened, unused one-time products (Calming Kits, refill packs, diffusers) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Step 1: Email contact@purrease.us with your order number. A real person replies within 1–2 business days with the return address.
Step 2: Ship the items back. Return shipping is paid by the customer — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in return transit.
Step 3: Once the return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. (Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and opened refill vials can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Calm Plan orders

Calm Plan boxes are part of a subscription and are covered by the Calm Plan Terms: damaged or missing boxes are replaced free, you can skip, pause or cancel from your account after your third box, and a plan that ends before box 3 has the diffuser's regular price applied unless the diffuser is returned unused within 14 days.

When we may refuse a return

We're generous with honest customers and firm with abuse. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where, for example, the request is made after the 30-day window, items are used or missing components, no valid proof of purchase can be provided, the item wasn't bought from purrease.us, or we reasonably suspect fraud or repeated buy-and-return activity.
