These terms apply to the PurrEase Calm Plan and to Refill Subscribe & Save, our auto-renewing refill subscriptions. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. What you're signing up for
Both plans are automatically renewing subscriptions. When you start one you authorize PurrEase to charge the payment method you provide, on a recurring basis, until the plan is cancelled. Members pay $14.99 per 30-day (48 ml) refill vial (single vials are $16.99 one-time).
Calm Plan (free diffuser + monthly refills)
- First box: one refill vial per room — $12.99 (1 Room), $24.99 (2 Rooms) or $34.99 (3 Rooms) — plus one PurrEase diffuser per room free of charge (regular price $29.99 each, sold separately at /products/purrease-diffuser).
- Then: one refill vial per room every 30 days — $14.99 (1 Room), $29.98 (2 Rooms) or $44.97 (3 Rooms) per month.
Refill Subscribe & Save (for existing diffuser owners)
- Single vial every 30 days — $14.99. Refill 3-Pack every 90 days — $44.97. Refill 6-Pack every 180 days — $83.94.
- No minimum term. Skip, pause or cancel any time before the next renewal.
2. The Calm Commitment (Calm Plan minimum term)
The free diffuser is provided on the condition that you complete a minimum of 3 orders: your first box plus 2 monthly refill orders (about 3 months of calm). Cancellation becomes available in your account as soon as the 3rd order has been billed.
If the plan ends early, the diffuser is no longer free. If a Calm Plan is ended before the 3rd order has been billed for any reason — including a request to cancel early, or a payment method that can no longer be charged — the regular price of each diffuser shipped in your first box ($29.99 per diffuser: $29.99 for 1 Room, $59.98 for 2 Rooms, $89.97 for 3 Rooms) becomes payable. You authorize us to charge this amount to your payment method on file or to invoice you for it. Alternatively you may return the diffuser(s) unused within 14 days of ending the plan and no amount is due.
3. Billing and renewals
Renewals are billed on the schedule shown at checkout (every 30, 90 or 180 days) counted from your first order, and on the same cycle thereafter. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal. If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you; if it cannot be collected your plan will be paused and, for the Calm Plan, section 2 applies. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax. We may change the member refill price with at least 30 days' email notice; a price change never applies within a Calm Plan minimum term.
4. Managing, pausing and cancelling
You can update your address, payment method, room count or refill schedule at any time from the Manage subscription link in your order emails or your customer account. Refill Subscribe & Save can be skipped, paused or cancelled there at any time; the Calm Plan can be after its minimum term. There are no cancellation fees beyond section 2. Cancellations take effect immediately for any renewal not yet billed. You can also email support and we will do it for you within one business day.
5. Damaged, missing or late boxes
If a box arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it at no charge. Refill orders are otherwise covered by our standard Refund Policy.
6. Shipping
Every box ships within 48 hours (Mon–Fri) with tracking, and typically arrives in 8–12 days. Priority shipping is free on 2-Room and 3-Room Calm Plans (every box, including renewals). The 1-Room Calm Plan and Refill Subscribe & Save orders are charged the standard US shipping rate shown at checkout ($6.95 on orders under $44). See our Shipping Policy.
7. Consent
By placing a subscription order you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand the plan renews automatically at the prices and cadence shown at checkout, and — for the Calm Plan — that you agree to the 3-order minimum term and the conditions attached to the free diffuser.
