Today you pay the first-box price shown above. Every 30 days after that, one refill vial per room at the member price of $14.99 each. Priority shipping is free on 2- and 3-room plans; the 1-room plan ships for $6.95. You'll get an email 3 days before each charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes — from your account, any time after box 3, in two clicks. The first 3 boxes are the commitment that lets us send the diffuser free. If a box ever arrives damaged or late, email us and we replace it, no questions.
Is the diffuser really free?
Yes. It sells on its own for $29.99. On the Calm Plan it ships free with your first refill and it's yours to keep. If a plan ends before the 3-box minimum for any other reason, the diffuser's regular price becomes payable — that's what makes it fair for everyone.
Can I change how many rooms later?
Any time. Add a room and we ship another free diffuser with your next refill; drop a room and your monthly price drops with it.
Is it safe for my other pets and family?
Yes. The pheromone is species-specific — only cats can detect it. No effect on humans, dogs, or other animals; no sedatives, no drugs.
